Helping World Dairy Expo Showcase New Technology in the Dairy Industry

Event Details

World Dairy Expo is an annual event showcasing dairy cattle and new innovations in the dairy industry. As the largest dairy cattle focused show and trade show in the world, World Dairy Expo (WDE) serves as the premier event for dairy producers, organizations and enthusiasts to compete, network, and discover new technology. The show is held for five days at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, and has been going strong since 1967. To honor the Expo’s 50th year, the 2016 theme was “Celebrate 50!”.

For the 50th Anniversary event, WDE was looking for a new AV and technology partner to provide more modern and quality equipment than their previous vendor. In addition, they wanted a company they could rely on for great customer service before, during and after the event. With so many moving parts, it was important they could find an event partner to supply a variety of gear for both the show management team and trade show exhibitors. Meeting Tomorrow was happy to partner with WDE for their audiovisual and technology equipment needs.

With their exceptional customer service and high quality equipment, Meeting Tomorrow has made World Dairy Expo a customer for life!” – Liz Matzke, Attendee Services Manager

MT Solution

Meeting Tomorrow provided all the AV and technology equipment for the show management team and was the preferred vendor for the trade show exhibit area, which included thousands of exhibitor booths, held by hundreds of countries across the globe. Before Expo, Kristen and Melissa went on-site to meet and scout out the variety of buildings where the different gear would be set-up. Then, when it came time for delivery, Kristen was on-hand to make sure everything made it to the correct location and was installed on time. The technicians performed gear set-up and strike, and also stayed on-site during the show to ensure everything was functioning properly.

Meeting tomorrow was happy to supply tghe following equipment for World Dairy Day:

  • touch screens for interactive apps
  • registration kiosks
  • laptop computer stations
  • sponsored charging stations
  • display monitors
  • HD Tvs for viewing of show coverage around the grounds

Hear from a few of our team members who worked on this event:

“The World Dairy Expo is a really fun show to work on. The organizers are friendly and passionate about the event – always looking to give attendees a great experience. The exhibitors are great too! It’s interesting to learn about all the companies out there supporting the dairy industry, and being able to provide a white-glove, turn-key experience for such an awesome organization brings me joy!”

Melissa Jones Clark (National Account Executive)

“I truly enjoy working with Liz to plan this event because she genuinely sees Meeting Tomorrow as her partner in helping showcase technology at the expo, which is particularly important to the dairy industry. WDE is special to me because I have a background in agriculture and a true fondness for cows (they’re so cute). It’s wonderful to see how the dairy industry utilizes technology and also how my two worlds combine!”
